長野県は、本州のほぼ中央の内陸に位置する山地が多い自然豊かな県。

長野市には古くからの歴史がある善光寺や戸隠神社は天岩戸伝説の神話やパワースポットと知られる。
松本市には国内に５つある国宝天守の一つ、松本城があり、南西部に位置する木曽エリアには江戸時代宿場町として栄えた３大宿場町の奈良井宿、妻籠宿、馬籠宿があり、江戸時代の風情が残る。
信州と呼ばれる長野県は、信州最古の温泉地、別所温泉や湯田中渋温泉郷には、人気アニメのモチーフになったと言われる木造建築や、地獄谷温泉には冬に温泉に入る「スノーモンキー」で知られる。
グルメでは、信州そば、戸隠そば、りんごやブドウ、秋には高級食材、松茸などがある。

Nagano prefecture which is called shinshu is the oldest hot spring in shinshu and the wooden architecture that is said to have become the motif of popular anime in shinshu's oldest hot spring Bessho onsen and Yudanaka shibu onsenkyo and Jigokudani onsen are known for snow monkeys that enter hot springs in winter.
In gourmet there are shinshu soba, Togakushi soba, apples, grapes and matsutake mushrooms high class ingredients in autumn
